Black is the new black.

The deal is this: an all white web page uses about 74 watts to display, while an all black page uses only 59 watts. (Links are green now.)

I've gone all LCD now. I just replaced my last CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) at home, except for the TV that is. There is no difference for LCD, but still there are quite a few CRTs out there.
